Cleaning Common Areas E-mail
  • daily dry and wet cleaning of all common communication paths and toilets,
  • staircases and glass surfaces, if reachable,
  • daily cleaning of the entrance hall and lifts,
  • daily cleaning of the waste collection area and its vicinity,
  • cleaning the premises housing machinery stations and devices in the building,
  • cleaning driveways around the building.

Cleaning Commercial Premises E-mail

Toilets daily:

  • emptying waste bins and collecting waste in containers,
  • supplying toilet paper, paper hand towels, soap, ozone air purifiers,
  • wiping finger prints off handles and doors,
  • cleaning mirrors, urinals, sinks and wall tiles in close proximity,
  • cleaning and disinfection toilet bowls and urinals,
  • mopping the floor.

Toilets monthly:

  • thorough cleaning of doors,
  • thorough cleaning of wall tiles,
  • cleaning the air vents,
  • the removal of spider webs,
  • thorough cleaning of radiators.

Staircases and hallways daily:

  • collecting and sweeping of waste and emptying waste bins,
  • wiping the entrance door,
  • mopping the floor,
  • dusting surfaces, if reachable, and cleaning the inner glass surfaces.

Staircases and hallways monthly:

  • cleaning outlets and switches,
  • the removal of spider webs,
  • thorough cleaning of radiators,
  • thorough cleaning of descriptive panels and railings.

Offices daily:

  • emptying waste bins and collecting waste in containers,
  • wiping free work surfaces (desks, chairs, benches),
  • wiping table lamps, telephones, shelves and computers that are turned off and without keyboards,
  • wiping finger prints off handles and glass doors,
  • vacuuming and mopping the floor.

Offices monthly:

  • thorough cleaning of doors,
  • thorough cleaning of the exterior of cabinets and other furniture,
  • cleaning outlets and switches,
  • the removal of spider webs,
  • thorough cleaning of radiators.

Offices every six months:

  • cleaning windows and their frames; SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR HIGH BUILDINGS

Offices yearly:

  • cleaning lights,
  • acrylic coating for stone surfaces,
  • washing carpets (special arrangements and order!).
